During our Christmas stay, we greatly appreciated the comfortable and stylish ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, including a huge bathtub. the setting was perfect, with easy access to key locations and attractions. The warmth of our host and her incredible generosity and hospitality was also a highlight of our stay, she went out of her way to provide a lovely meal for us and offer suggestions for enjoying our visit to the region.
Although the stay was enjoyable, we regretted that there wasn't a wider range of food options. some of the staff were not as welcoming or hospitable as others, which resulted in mixed experiences with customer service.

The location of this hotel was amazing and provided ample opportunities to explore the Armagnac region. the spacious rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was also spacious and clean. Elise exhibited great hospitality and recommended some great spots in the area for us to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the free wifi was a bonus.
The hotel lacked wheelchair accessibility, making it difficult with disabilities to navigate through the property.

The location was lovely and easy to get around from. the rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. the staff was very hospitable and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. the breakfast was filling, tasty, and a great way to start the day. the area had many interesting things to do and explore, perfect for a city trip. a great experience.
We found the wifi to be unreliable and slow at times, which was frustrating as we were trying to plan our days and stay connected with family back home. It would have been nice to have faster and more dependable internet access.
